My outbox will not empty - when i send a message i receive an error (but no code or details) saying message not sent. However the message does send and unless i delete it manually from my outbox it continues sending over and over.
I have tried deleting outbox and sent .dbx files which has made no difference.
I have read on Microsoft site that setting up a new Identity is the only way forward - i cannot bear the thought of this, having had this OE Identity since 2006 and have my entire work life sorted/filed/filtered on it. I also three email addresses coming into this inbox - my main one via a google account (to take advantage of their spam filter) and i cannot remember how i originally set this up back in the day.
There must be a simpler way of fixing this issue??? Help!
