Wi-Fi connection problem

I'm new to the forum having suffered a very similar problem to keith66 over the weekend so I'm watching this thread with interest. I have a Toshiba Satellite A-200 1VG running Windows Vista SP2. I can connect to the internet via an ethernet cable connected to my wi-fi router, or via wi-fi using other routers (like BT-FON) and other devices in the house can connect to the internet via my wi-fi router - so I am baffled!

So here's what I get when I run ipconfig/all (but I've only copied the info for the wireless adapter and the ethernet adaptor):

I've also attached a screenshot of Xirrus WiFi Inspector running on my PC with the only wi-fi connection being the local connection to my router (I'm posting via my ethernet connection).

Does this help to track down what has happened and what needs to be done to fix it?
