Can only get Internet via Ethernet cable

I have a home network and my only PC now is a Toshiba Netbbook with XP - I also have an Ipad and an HP wireless printer connected to the network.
The Wireless Network signal strength is excellent and the Ipad and Printer connect to the Internet but the Netbook will only connect to the Internet if I run a cable from the PC to my wireless router.
