Auto Shutdown Feature

Does Windows Server have an auto shutdown feature to shut down or restart all computers on the network? If not any leads?

Right now we are looking into creating a batch script, and putting it on a schedule. That works well enough however we need some sort of interface letting us know the success rate of said shutdowns.
