I can see these gray squares and graphic bugs when i look at movies/youtube/streams/pictures like this one forexample

In the middle of this picture i can clearly see lots of gray squares making up some sort of pattern with black squares inside i dont know how to explain this more.
Anyways i had a Geforce GTX 560 Ti and i thought this was the problem.. that my card was dying or something after 2 years so i recently bought a Asus GTX 670 and expected the problem to be resolved but what do you know.. the problem is still there so i guess it cant be the GPU.. so i just really want some help what this problem can be and how i can resolve is.. because it's really annoying when forexample watching movies or TV shows.
And the problem is not my monitor, i've tried several monitors and the problem is still there.
I cant see the problem on white backgrounds.. mostly its annoying/noticeable when i watch movies in dark scenes or forexample dark background.. or on a blue shirt/hair etc.
What i've done:
-Tried 2 different screens problem was the same on both
- Bought a new GPU from Asus GTX 560 Ti to Asus GTX 670 - Problem still there.
- Reinstalled all my drivers - didnt solve the problem
- Updated my Bios
- Removed dust inside of computer
And this computer is not old so im very sad that i cant enjoy a movie without annoying myself so much with graphic bugs! any help will be greatly appriciated
