Hi Tech support team,
we are using MS outlook 2003 for emails. we are maintaining a group mail account and it was accessible by all the team members in outlook as a secondary mail.
we need to clarify that is there any automatic categorizing facility to check who read the email.
for eg: See the below scenario,
users A, B, and C are working in a company D is the group mail
1. New mail comes to the group mail D
2. Person A reads the email( it needs to be categorized as Read by A)
3. Person B reads the same email(it needs to append one more category as Read by B)
We are looking for automatic categorizing feauture. Kindly check and let us know if anything is available.
