PC won't power on

Hello everyone! I created this account just so I could ask you guys for help.

I've had my computer for around 1 year and I've never had any problems with it. A couple of days ago I decided to move my room around. I turned off my computer and disconnected everything to move it. About an hour later, I finished moving my things and hooked everything back up to my pc, pressed the power button and to my horror, absolutely nothing happened. Now, if I press and hold the power button, the fans and LED's turn on for a split second and then shut off and then turn on for another split second and then turn off. It'll keep doing that as long as I hold down the power button. I just have no idea what is happening. I really need help because right now, I have very expensive paperweight sitting in front of me right now. If you guys need for specifics please ask and I'll do my best to give them to you. I just really need to get my pc working again.
