Solved: Can my system handle Windows 8 Well?

I guess I have to leave XP for 8 - don't really want to but there it is:mad:. I went to Microsoft site and it look like my system can handle it but I just DO NOT TRUST them!

Can anyone tell me if I am good to go to 8 based on the above data - gathered today!
