Printing Problems Itunes 11.0.2.26 cd jewel case insert

I am having the same issue described in the now closed thread 'Printing Problems Itunes 11.0.0.163 cd jewel case insert'. The song list gets compressed into about an inch of space, occurs with Text only, single side and Large playlist (maybe other settings - tired of wasting paper). Changing the view to large text results in slightly larger font but still compressed into about an inch and a half. Running Win8 & iTunes 11.0.2.26, all other printing functions for other programs and file formats working fine. Don't recall any such problems under earlier versions of iTunes and Win XP. Any suggestions, solutions out there?
