No internet Connection: Local Access Only?

I have a windows vista, connected to a wifi network. Internet does not work. In network and sharing, the access to the wifi is local only. How do I change it to local and internet only.?

The problem is not the router, the devices connected to the wifi have internet access and are functioning properly.
