Hyperlinks on O.E. 6 with XP do NOT work

Hello:
All of hyperlinks on Outlook Express 6 do NOT work, when click the site, i.e. Tech Guy forum even though 'connecting' at the top of the screen and never comes up the web-site.

How to fix the problem?
