Flash Player Add Ons Greyed Out-HELP!

Alright, I have been having an issue with my Flash Player add on for a couple weeks now. The enable and disable buttons are greyed out and you can NOT enable this thing. I been doing research and I'm not the only one having this issue. I have tried about everything I can to get an enable button to appear. Clean install, I mean everything I been seeing on the internet, but no luck. I see on here there are a lot of issues listed with this flash player problem. I appreciate any help given.
