Slow Windows 7 startup

Hi,
Have been having some trouble with my Windows7 Toshiba for a week or so.
I was noticing slower and slower startup and response times.
I have used Tweaknow regcleaner to move things along a bit and have noticed some improvement. I have updated system drivers and uninstalled McAffee and have attempted to uninstall the OEM istalled Notorn programs with mixed success. Now running Microsoft Windows Essentials.

I seem to be at the improved position of having a 11 min startup, whether I am using a clean boot or allowing all programs to start up. So I think I am having trouble with a basic windows service of sometime.

Any help figuring this out would be great. I am getting of wasting time on this.
