Hello. I don't usually ask forums for help but this problem has driven me crazy for months. "Your broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues" (link: http://i.imgur.com/j7seWnB.jpg?1 ). I get this error like 2 times a day, every single day and the only way to make it work again is to unplug the router and the modem and wait 7-10 seconds than plug back in and "Troubleshoot problems" two times to make it work again. Release/renew IP doesn't work, restarting the router doesn't work, unplugging only the modem and plugging back in doesn't work, etc.
My modem is : Cisco DPX/EPX2203 VoIP Cable Modem
And router: 150Mbps Wireless N Router TL-WR740N
I do have a really bad 20Mbps connection (2.3mb download capped) but these disconnects should not happen so often. I would really really appreciate some help here. If you have questions about it PLEASE post and I will gladly reply with any information needed to help me solve this.
Thank you in advance
