Java 7 update 45 is corrupted such that no web-browser detects it even though it is installed. Java detection fails on the "Verify Java" page and any other Java containing page.
I've tried installing Java after removing it using each of these (on separate occasions): Add/Remove Programs, JavaRa v2.3 and Microsoft Fix It but still, no browser loads Java.
The page where Java provides their "uninstall.jsp" tool simply fails to load, so I can't use that.
Either none of these tools removes Java properly, therefore, every subsequent Java installation is corrupted or Java simply isn't being installed properly.
The web-browsers fail to load Java.

- Add/Remove Programs → uninstall Java → install Java → Java isn't loaded on the "Verify Java" page
- JavaRa v2.3 → remove older versions → Java isn't loaded on the "Verify Java" page
- JavaRa v2.3 → uninstall Java → install Java → Java isn't loaded on the "Verify Java" page
- Microsoft Fix It → uninstall Java → install Java → Java isn't loaded on the "Verify Java" page
