I recently purchased a refurbished Optiplex 755 running Windows 7 32 bit. I have a older PCI card which interfaces between the computer and the engraving machine. Originally, the card was working with the engraving machine and computer. I may have pulled the card out while the machine was running and since then, whenever I install the card (while the computer is off), the computer will not get to the BIOS screen. It is not the card since I can run my machine with the card using the computer I was upgrading from with Windows XP. I purchased another motherboard and still have the same problem. Any ideas?
