Reformatted my hard drive and deleted CDRom by mistake

I recently reformatted my hard drive (which Ive done many times before). But I have stupidly deleted my CD Rom (d drive ) so cant reinstall any software.
Is there anyway of reversing this or reinstalling the cdrom?
