New laptop won't connect to home wireless network

My son just bought a brand new Dell Inspiron M5040 laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium), and we can't get it to connect to our home wireless network. Other computers and devices on the home network can connect with no problem. He can connect at home via ethernet, plus he can connect to a different wireless network at a friends' house, both with no problem. I have tried contacting our ISP provider, trying online recommended fixes, resetting router, etc. - nothing works. Wireless connection symbol on his laptop shows our home network is there, that it is connected (yes, we are using correct security key) but that the laptop has no internet access .
I saved screen shots of ipconfig; they are saved as jpg files and attached to this post. Also, here is further info on the laptop:
