I recently added an Asmedia ASM1061 PCI-e SATA controller because I wanted to add an SSD and didn't have any additional SATA ports (that and I figured I would get faster speeds with the card, haven't checked on that yet).

I shrunk down my original C: drive and basically put all my User folders on a separate HDD. I defrag the drive and then I cloned it over to my new SSD. I went into the BIOS and changed my boot device settings and Voila, pc now loads at SSD speeds. I have no problems booting into windows, TRIM and alignment is all fine with the SSD and have a rating of 7.4 for the SSD in the Windows Experience Index. I also was able to change the location of all my user folders so no issue accessing any of my files that are on the separate disk.

The issue...

Even though windows loads fine, during POST, right before the Windows logo comes up, I get a message that reads "MBR Error 3". This last about 1 second and then it goes to Windows login screen like normal. I'm just worried that something is just not right and don't want to have issues later on because of this.

I've already tried doing a startup repair, also tried bootrec / fixboot as well as bootrec /rebuildbcd. Anytime I try any of these troubleshooting steps the process works and it says "successful". But when I restart I keep getting that Error message.

Again, doesn't prevent me at all from accessing and logging in to windows. FYI, I used EaseUS Disk Partition for the Cloning process if that makes any difference. I don't want to be wasting my time redoing the cloning with different software. I've also tried Acronis and I get the same thing so I would just like to concentrate on a way to somehow rebuild the MBR so that I stop getting that error message.
