My mom has a Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows 7. Two days ago she ran updates and began having trouble with websites she visits frequently telling her they do not support her browser. The odd thing is I tried a different browser and received the same message. Tried to run a system restore for her and getting this error message:
System Restore failed to extract the file (C:\) from the restore point. An unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0x8000ffff)
Any idea what's going on and how I can fix t for her? Thanks in advance.
