I know I have posted a few threads on this topic, but this is getting out of hand. My Dell Optiplex 210L is getting slower and slower each day. With nothing open, the cursor lags. With task manager open, it freezes every few seconds, 100% CPU. Notepad, doesn't respond. Google chrome takes at least 5 minutes to open, but even then its unusable. I know it only has 512 MB RAM, but this is crazy. It ran flawlessly when it was given to me, and I never even used it much. I have disabled some startup processes, ran malwarebytes, ect.
