I am using Spamfighter (with a license) for my Outlook 2010 originally on my PC1. It has been working fine until last month. I retired PC1 (not being used now) and then install spamfighter and activated the license on PC2. However, since I moved the license to PC2, it works for a day. but on the 2nd day, its tools on Outlook Tool Bar gets DIMMED/DISABLED. so i have to manually repair or reinstall. again, it just works for a day and it becomes dimmed on the 2nd day when i start up the pc.
Also, it's strange that after i uninstalled spamfighter, I restarted pc and reinstalled spamfighter. But after my reinstallation, the spamfighter was already activated and didn't require me to input the license to be the PRO Version. Is there any way to check or remove the file/path/folder that stores the license info after activation??
does anyone also use spamfighter? has the issue like this?
