Chrome error message

I have been using Chrome for only a few weeks.

Today I went on to my bank as I do every day and got a message the "webpage has a redirect loop" (see pic).

When I opened and read "More" it said that this webpage has too many redirects.

I have no idea what this is?

I removed the browsing history which made no difference.

I tried my bank with IE and it was just fine.

Can anyone help please?
