hello i bought a new keyboard yesterday for my desktop i installed and it worked fine but i tried using this morning and it wont work i went to the control panel to see if it is installed still and it and it also said the device is working properly its apparently connected and its there but the keyboard wont work, there was a power cut last night i was wondering if that had something to do with it. please help i am using onscreen keyboard and it sucks. the keyboard is wireless also. i also plugged it in to my laptop and its the same problem.
