RunDLL module could not be found

Hello All,

I am a first time user so please be patient with me as well; I am not the best with computers but I believe I have followed all instructions.

I have the following error:
'There was a problem starting
C:\Users\royce\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer/BackgroundContainer.dll
The specified module could not be found'

I have found a similar thread on this website (http://forums.techguy.org/virus-othe...ule-could.html) which I have followed every step. I have all of the scripts from that link, I will post as asked.
