My internet has quit working on my Dell Inspiron 570 - 64 bit OS. Because I don't have internet access on the computer (I'm using my lap top) I can not download the TSG
I have tried everything I know to get it working.
I changed the cable from the computer to the modem.
I have used the trouble shooter
I have did a system restore
I have ran a full scan with malwarebyes to see if I had a virus.
My grandson is the one that uses this computer - so no tell'n what he may of done - if anything:confused:
It can't be the modem because I have no problem on my lap top.
I did notice on the event logs on my Avira that there are a lot of warnings that say:
A flooding has started on the adapter local area connection and it also says real time protection:Host
file blocked.
