I'm not sure if this is a Mavericks problem or a Canon one. After doing a clean install of Mavericks, I reinstalled my printer by going to the Canon website and downloading all the Mavericks updated drivers and software. I installed it to run wirelessly on my Canon MG5320 printer. I can print successfully, but when I try to run MP Navigator, I get the following message:
Cannot scan for these reasons:
-Scanner is turned off.
-USB cable is disconnected.
I also have this printer connected wirelessly to a Vista PC and a Windows 7 laptop. They both print and scan wirelessly with no issues.
Before Mavericks, I had Snow Leopard and it too could both print and scan wirelessly.
Would appreciate any suggestions. I don't know where to start, to fix this.
Thanks
Peg
