Network driver help

I just got a laptop for my wee girl still had a load of the old owners stuff on it so wiped it and reinstalled windows vista on it.
All was ok but i got no wifi and the wifi key on the F2 button to turn on and off does not work.

In device manger i have a error on Network controllers

So went on to dell site for drivers and installed but no luck tried Dell wireless wan 1397 half minicard but nothing it downloads and unzips it thats it.

My system
Windows vista Home basic
Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop

any help would be great
