Desktop Window Manager Glitch

I'm having a really weird problem with my computer, and I'm not sure where to even begin to fix it.
It recently started having a right click glitch where a task provided freezes (whether it be new folder, delete, copy, cut, etc.). The only way I can get it to remove from my screen is if I go directly to task manager, processes, and manually end: dwm.exe Desktop Window Manager.

It recently started doing this and I keep my computer completely virus and spyware free, plus it's up to date with everything. That's the only issue it has on it and I would like a little more information on it if possible before I spend money to have a technician look at it.

Below are the specifications of my computer and the picture of the error:

Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2

"Folder" is obviously the task that had frozen to the screen.
