Power supply problem

Hello
I am trying to use a power supply I had to power up my mother board

So I have plugged in the 4 pin 12 volt connector situated in the corner near the psu
but the other long power connector for the mother board is 4 pins to short ,,

So as the 4 pin connector from the original psu is separate from the rest of the long connector, if I was to get just the missing 4 pin connector then plug it in to the board what voltages would I connect to ??
