I'm creating image and text files in Word as html files to be saved and then opened in Outlook to create signatures. I need to include both the text and image in the signature.
Upon creating the signature in Word and attempting to use it as a template in Outlook, the signature automatically double-spaces. Reading about this, I'm told to use the shift and enter keys simultaneously but when I do that in Word, it creates a second space between lines anyway. I want to maintain single-spacing. I don't see where I can do that in Outlook. I see an advanced edit format that takes the signature into Word but the shift/enter keys simply create another line space. All I want to do is single space the signature as it was created in Word.
I also notice that the signature becomes larger in Outlook and one of the lines that appears as one line in Word wraps into the next line. All I want to do is have the signature appear exactly as it does in Word without double-spacing and without the lines wrapping into the next line.
I also would like to make the signature smaller but can't see how to do it in Outlook 2000.
