Solved: What is this program and how do I remove?

This image (see attached image of green box with shield/knight and letters) keeps showing up on the upper right of any browser window I have. I can't figure out what it is and I want to remove it. Does anybody recognize it? I've done image searches and can't locate it anywhere on the internet.
As I type on the keyboard, the letters change next to the shield icon.
What is this program?
how do I remove?
Should I be worried about it?
This is a windows 7 pc.
