While on Facetime, we kept getting freezes then black outs with a message about a weak connection. We have Comcast cable, connected by a Motorola modem with a Linksys router. My Mac was connected to the router wirelessly and I just newly installed Mavericks. Can anyone tell me anything that can fix this issue, or is it a Comcast issue or is this common for everyone during a peak usage time? Thanks for any info.
