Porn pop ups when using outlook

I am using Firefox and Outlook for my emails.

When opening Outlook to check or send emails a pop up appears all down the right hand side of the window which is usually some form of porn.

How do I block this?

In easy to understand language please I am not very skilled at sorting things out via the computer.
