I hope that I have got this query in the correct place !
I tried to MailMerge a Word document which also had two signatures embedded there from scanning the signatures , cropping them and inserting them into the document as .jpg files.
The Mailmerge linked the Word document with an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of names.
The Word document looked OK on the screen with the two signatures in place. However , when I came to MailMerge and print , the names from the data list could be picked up BUT the two .jpg signatures had disappeared !! I understand from looking on the web that this is a fault with Microsoft Word and a company called OnMerge can sell you an Add on to overcome it. However , I wondered if anyone on this forum had any experience of this problem , could verify what I had already managed to glean elsewhere or could offer some suggestions ?
