Solved: Programs on background lose internet connection.

Example:
When I'm listening to my radio on Windows Media Player it works perfectly fine when it's highlighted (by clicking on it *duh*)
, but as soon as it's moved to the background by either minimizing WMP or just by opening any other progam, even non internet ones like My Computer it loses it's internet connection...
The same happens for example to: Newsleecher, Skype or google chrome and have a feeling every other program as well.
So for short, when a program is moved to the background it loses it's internet connection and when it's highlighted again (by clicking on it again *duh*) it's connection starts working again.

I'm baffled by not knowing what the problem is, I even checked the power settings on my computer but it's on the High setting.
I'm using Windows 8 on a Desktop computer.
