I am unable to open most links while I am in Internet Explorer 11. In order to do so, I must right-click on the link, then click "Open". Is there any fix to this problem. I am currently running on Windows 7, 64-bit on an HP Touchsmart PC. A few months ago I was unable to open Windows and had to reset everything from the beginning of time.
