So basically, my problem I'm having is that at random times, the volume meter will go all the way up without me doing anything, and it stays at 100%, no matter what I do. I can move it down, and it'll just go sliding all the way back to the top. Worst, when this happens, half my keyboard becomes disabled. My mouse can no longer click on tabs on the bottom of the screen in the task bar, my arrow keys stop working, and because I run on Win8, when I drag my mouse pointer to the right side of the screen, the little side bar doesn't appear. As soon as this happens, it stays that way until I restart my PC. If it helps, my headphones plug directly into my PC tower, my speakers are Altec Lansing, and I'm using a Saitek keyboard and mouse, the keyboard of which allows me to change the volume without leaving the game I'm playing, or Alt-tabbing out of it. In my Sounds menu, in the communication tab, I have "Do Nothing" selected already, so that wouldn't help at all. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced!
