UP counter in days?

Seeking something to insert into a blogsite that will count UP in days - I suppose 'a widget' might be what I want.
Have browsed theweb endlessly, accumulating a ton of fairly harmless malware, so thought it better to ask in an informed environment before I get something really nasty.
Can anyone advise me, please?
