Networking

Hi! It's been a long time since I've been here! This problem has me frustrated. Any help appreciated...
I had a desktop and a laptop both running Win7. I set up networking and a wireless connection to my kodak printer. I gave my desktop to my daughter and now I have no connection between my laptop and printer. I've tried a few things but without luck...
