Vlookup a live hyperlink

Hi all,

I am having some real trouble getting my vlookup to return the cell reference as a hyperlink that I can click on. I get the error message "reference is not valid".

I have attached the document above. I don't mind which hyperlink it returns, so long as it matches the the outlet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

(btw not all of the values in Column A are in Column D so you will get some #NA responses as are visible already)
