Any Whiz on Run Box commands such as msconfig?

Do you know of a complete and comprehensive list of all Run Box commands. Specifically I had one recently that I cannot find again. I thought I'd saved the webpage. It's a little program that allows you to watch all your documents being indexed and tells you how many documents you have to be yet indexed.

I thought it started with a "c" ... maybe not. And it might have had "cd" at the end? Not sure. A nice long alphabetized list of all commands might have it if you know where such a list is.
