how to load hex file

i am repairing jsd80 cinema processor.all data on cantrol card stored in pic 18f 6720 chip was lost.data was in the form of hex
file format,processor has got db9 socket for camunication. all data in form of hex file is on my pc.by using serial data port com1
can i load hex files to jsd80 processor by using some software? i got serial to serial cable.please guide me.
