Only my laptop keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes

So I recently moved in with my brother and a couple of mates.
For the first day or 2, my computer's connection to the network was completely fine.
Then all of a sudden, it started dropping out. All the time.
The only way for me to reconnect it is by restarting my computer, or disconnecting then reconnecting to the network.

This happens at LEAST once every 2 minutes. You can imagine how stressful that is, to reconnect the internet every 2 minutes...

All the other guys in the house are having no issues at all, and it just seems to be my laptop.

A friend of mine believed it could be an IP conflict and told me to try these in cmd, so I did:
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipgonfig /flushdns (which worked for about half an hour then started again)
- ipgonfig /registerdns

Yet the problem persists.

I was chatting to a friend of mine on Facebook, who is an IT freak, and I sent him images of my IP details etc, and some other details, and he tried helping me out for most of the day yesterday, but in the end it still wasnt fixed.

It was hard enough signing up to this website, and posting this thread, seeing I was barely connected.

I will attach some images for further detail

Running on Vista

Sorry for blacking out the name of the network in one of the images. My housemates thought it would be funny to name the network inappropriately...

Hopefully you guys will be able to work out whats going wrong!
I have a video message that has to be sent into my record label for an upcoming advertisement ASAP, and no internet connection will surely stuff this up.

Thanks guys!

Edit: I am not very advanced on computers so hopefully the replies are understandable by anyone. Thanks
