Possible Search Conduit Virus or Hijack

OK. I don't know what's going on. I THINK I might have what Rena30 has (Search Conduit Virus), because I've seen those words before, and our problems seem similar.

No matter what page I try to access online, I get a Pop-up screen that says: Warning: Your Flash Player maybe out of date. Please update to continue. It takes me then to a page at http:118.29.133.184, which is a download for Flash Player Pro. When I download it, my antivirus program intercepts it, saying that it is a VIRUS, and then deletes it.

How can I stop this?

I also find that my browser pages are being hijacked, because they take me to a gray screen, with ads on them (after I get the warning from Mozilla, that they've blocked another program from taking me to another page). Yet I can't get to the page I want if I don't click on "allow".

My computer is running slow and not responding properly.

I'm not very computer savvy, when it comes to technical problems, so I need help in simple language.

My operating system is:

Windows 7 Home Premium
Pentium Dual-Core CPU
E6300 @2.80 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
64-bit operating system.

I am also running Kingsoft Antivirus, as well as Advanced System Care (both of which I keep updated and run scans often).

Thank you for whatever help you can give me.
