Domain Trouble...

Hi guys,
Hi. I've recently upgraded to windows 8 pro but can't attach to the server 2003 local domain? I have a pc running win7 64bit and it's no trouble. I've emulated all settings from the win7 pc, but it can't find it. I hope there's no backward compatibility issue??

Anyone got any clues here??
