When streaming video online (from youtube or elsewhere) my computer will suddenly freeze without warning, mid-video, forcing me to perform a hard shut down. AVG antivirus comes up clean and i use advanced system care regularly.
Also when i do restart, after loading windows the welcome screen will display for about 40 seconds, after which my wallpaper and mouse pointer only will display for another minute before anything happens. (Which only adds to the frustration of the first problem.:mad:)
O.S: windows xp home edition service pack 3.
Processor: 2.10 GHz AMD A6-3500 APU with radeon hd graphics
Ram: 2.99 GHz
If anyone out there can help me with either of these issues, i would be very grateful.
