Tif file shows up as blank in win7 windows fax & scan

I loaded three tif files into wfs and then hit preview. One of the files showed up as blank even though I can see it in Irfanview and other viewers. I've not had this happen before and I would think it was a bad file but if I remember correctly I had faxed it once before. I don't know where to go from here. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
