Game Freeze But Keyboard and Mouse still Usable

i am having this problem just when i open any freaking game. i am currently playing cs:go,dota2 and dragon nest. all game freeze after a while but i still can move my mouse around and i can turn on the caps or nums lock on the keyboard. would like to know what is the problem and any known solution for this.
