I have NO USB Video. The USBVideo.sys file is missing from my System32\Drivers\ folder. The USBVideo.inf file IS THERE!!

I don't know what to do to restore the USBVideo.sys file. I don't know where to get the USBVideo.sys file either!! Please Help!!
